Delivery and Returns
Please note that the last shipping date for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is Wednesday 17th December.
Any orders placed after the 17th December are not guaranteed for pre-Christmas delivery.
Our deliveries will resume from the 29th December but you may experience a delay in recieving your goods
Please note that the last date for posting gift vocuhers is the 19th December for Christmas delivery.
**Click & Collect
Click & Collect will only be available on the wesite as a delivery option until Friday 12th December. This is to ensure that any orders placed as a gift get delivered to the stores in time. This service will be available again after Christmas. *Please note that Click & Collect orders can take up to 7 working days to arrive in your chosen branch.
Anything purchased online as a Christmas gift can be returned to us for a full refund, or alternatively can be exchanged in store up until the 31st January 2015.
For addresses within the UK mainland (including Northern Ireland), we aim to deliver your purchases as soon as possible. However please allow 7 working days from receipt of your order for delivery. Delivery to Highlands and Islands may take longer that our estimated 7 working days.
If an item is out of stock there may be a delay, in some cases up to 28 days. Please note that during
certain times of the year (e.g.. Christmas,) delivery times will vary.
Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that this estimated delivery time is met, we cannot accept any
liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. postal strike).
We are happy to deliver to a work or other chosen address given when placing order.
The charge for delivery is £3.95 for a limited time only and free when you spend over £75 in a single transaction excluding postage costs. UK mainland and Highlands and Islands only.
Delivery of Gift Vouchers will be £1.00 for Standard Delivery and £6.15 for Special Next Day Delivery.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot
be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We will not be able to accept responsibility
for lost or stolen items if at your request they have been left somewhere unsigned. We do prefer
however that ALL packages are signed for.
Parcels are sent out from multiple locations. In some cases customers will receive more than one parcel if a number of items have been ordered.
On occasion items may be lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact our customer services department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on +44 (0)1698 815563 quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate the issue.
If you are unhappy with your purchase we will (except in relation to any products purchased at
reduced price during any sale) exchange or refund a product within 28 days of receipt, provided
it is returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition. This does not affect cancellations or your
statutory rights. We will exchange or refund a product purchased at reduced price during any
sale within 14 days of receipt, provided it is returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition.
*Please note that items purchased on a special offer will be subject to terms and conditions of offer and refunded at offer price, takling into account any discounts applied.
Please complete the Return Form included with your order and return it with the item.
There is no need to contact us prior to returning an item. You will be responsible for the cost
of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until
they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should
be obtained when returning any part of you order via Royal Mail. You can now also return your items to us at a flat rate via Collect+
Convenient returns with Collect+ for just £4.49!
Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels at over 5,250 local stores. Most are open from early until late, 7 days a week. You will receive returns receipt with an online tracking code, so that you can follow your parcel's progress back to us.

- Securely attach the label to your parcel ensuring that the barcode is clearly visible and that any other delivery or returns labels have been covered or removed from the packaging.

Please note that you can only use Collect+ to return a “cabin size parcel “ no larger than cabin size which weighs no more than 10kg.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition we reserve
the right to refuse a refund for the product. We will only refund the delivery charge for sending
the product to you if the product is damaged, faulty, or does not match your order.
In the unlikely event that you have received the incorrect item or a faulty item, you should
immediately contact Customer Services via email at email@example.com. We will
respond within 48 hours. Otherwise you can telephone Customer Services
on +44 (0)1698 815 563 (Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm).
We are happy to accept returned items at any of our stores nationwide. Please ensure that you
take your dispatch note as proof of purchase together with your returns label. You will also require
the credit / debit card that was used to purchase the order online. If you are not the cardholder for
the order, that person will need to be present at the time of return to store to accept the refund
back on to their card. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Paypal Customers: We are currently unable to refund orders paid by Paypal in our stores. If you wish a refund on your order via Paypal,
please return to our below returns address using a postal service or Collect Plus.
Products should be returned in their original packaging. Once the returned goods have been Returns Department,
received by Customer Services we will review their condition before deciding in accordance with
our Returns Policy whether to process the refund.
When processing a refund for returned goods, we will refund by the original method of payment
and you will receive an email confirming the refund amount. If we decide not to process any refund
you will be contacted by our Customer Services Department.
