All of our stores are now open, usual store hours and as normal, you do not require an appointment to shop in-store.


COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have worked hard to bring our warehouse and stores up to a standard that is safe for both our staff and customers. Please see the new measures that have been put in place to ensure we can open and operate safely when allowed under government restrictions -



  • Staggered shifts to reduce cross-traffic of staff
  • Fixed working teams
  • Hand sanitizing stations at the entrance and throughout the store
  • All staff will be wearing face masks in store
  • Social distancing with 2m floor markings
  • One-way flow where possible
  • Protective screens have been added at the checkout
  • Following a deep clean, additional regular disinfecting of all contact points throughout the store
  • Each store will have a limit to the number of customers allowed in-store at a time

your questions answered

  • Can I still try on items in store?

    Yes, customers can try on clothes in-store. Disposable socks will be provided for any customers trying on shoes.

  • Will I need to wear a face mask in store?

    From Friday the 10th of July 2020, face masks are mandatory in all stores in Scotland. We will provide face masks in all stores, free of charge for customers to wear throughout their shopping trip with us.

  • What are your stores opening hours?

    All stores will operate with normal working hours. You can find all store details by using our store locator here.

  • Will I need an appointment to visit a store?

    No, as normal you will not require an appointment to visit our stores.

  • Can I still pay with cash in store?

    Yes, we will still be accepting cash payments but would encourage card or contactless where possible.

  • Will my online delivery be contact free?

    We will be operating with contact-free delivery with DPD who are taking the following steps to ensure this happens:

    • The delivery driver will maintain a 2m distance and place the parcel at your doorway
    • As proof of delivery, they will take a photo of the parcel with the door open (you don’t need to be in the photo)
    • If you are self-isolating you simply need to put a signed note on your door to tell the driver where to leave your parcel

  • Can I still get my order delivered to store?

    Yes, where our stores are open you can use our Click & Collect service. You can also now pick up an order that was placed to any of these stores before closing. For stores that are not yet open, your order will remain there securely stored until it can be collected.

  • Have you extended your returns policy?

    We have extended our returns policy to 28 days in-store & online from the day we re-opened.

    Stores in England and Wales re-opened on April 12th 2021.

    Stores in Scotland will re-open on April 26th 2021.

  • Can I still return my order online?

    You can return your online order as long as it is safe to do so and providing it complies with our extended returns policy as stated above.

  • Can I still return my order In-store?

    At the moment, only purchases made in-store can be returned to a store. All online orders must be returned directly to our warehouse. Find out how here.

  • How long will it take for me to get my refund?

    Our warehouse is fully operational with reduced staff, therefore, we ask to please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed. We will endeavour to process all refunds as quickly and safely as possible.

  • My gift voucher is about to expire, what should I do?

    If you have a gift voucher that is close to its expiry date, please get in touch with our customer services team who can help with this. You can email them at

  • Can I still get alterations on a purchase that was made before you closed?

    Yes, if you made a purchase prior to our store closures and require alterations, simply go into the store with your original receipt or order confirmation. All staff will be provided with gloves and facemasks or visors for any alteration fittings.
