We want to make shopping online with us an easy and streamlined experience, and we offer multiple payment options for convenience.
We are experiencing technical issues with our payment provider, which has temporarily removed the use of American Express. This is being looked into, and we hope to have this resolved soon. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you have any issues or questions please get in touch with our Customer Services team.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
CARD PAYMENTS
We accept cards bearing the MasterCard, Visa and American Express symbol. Keeping your online payments secure is a priority and you may need to verify your card payment with 3D Secure to complete your transaction.
If your card transaction is approved, the amount will be authorised and held immediately and an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Your card will be debited when we dispatch your order. If your card transaction isn't approved, your order will be cancelled. Please get in touch with your bank or card provider if you have any questions.
PAYPAL
To make a purchase using PayPal:
- Select PayPal as your payment method at the checkout.
- You will then be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.
- If you're already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user details and confirm the payment. If you're new to PayPal, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
- You will then return to slaters.co.uk and your order and payment will be confirmed.
APPLE PAY
Apple Pay is available when shopping on Apple devices and or from a Safari browser. Before you can use Apple Pay, you must activate it in your Apple account and device.
To make a purchase using Apple Pay:
- Select Apple Pay as your payment method at checkout.
- Confirm the payment on your Apple device.
- You'll be directed to the www.slaters.co.uk confirmation page when your order and payment is confirmed.
KLARNA
Klarna is available when shopping on slaters.co.uk with the option to either Pay Now, Pay Later or Pay in 3 interest-free instalments.
PAY LATER
You can shop online now, try at home and only pay for the items you keep, up to 30 days later. No interest. As soon as your online order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Klarna with information on how and where to pay.
PAY IN 3 INTEREST-FREE INSTALMENTS
Shop now and spread the cost into 3 interest-free payments. The instalments are automatically deducted from your card. The first payment is taken from your card when the parcel is shipped. The 3 remaining payments will also be taken from your card every 30 days after the first payment is taken. A minimum purchase of £35 is required. Available online only.

GIFT CARDS
In-store gift cards can be spent in any of our 27 stores across the UK. E-vouchers can only be redeemed online at www.slaters.co.uk.
To make a purchase using an E-Voucher:
- At the basket stage enter your E-Voucher code in the 'E-Voucher Code' box
- Alternatively, you can select the payment type at checkout, enter your E-Voucher code in the 'E-Voucher Code' box
Products that are purchased using an E-Voucher can only be refunded to the E-Voucher. There is no cash alternative.
