To begin the booking process, you will be asked for the names and details of the wedding party. All wedding party members will be required to have their measurements taken in-store within two weeks of the original booking being made. Once this has been completed, we will then be able to confirm whether it is possible to obtain a suit in all the relevant sizes. If this is not possible, we will suggest an alternative suit. However, every effort will be made to avoid this.
Once all the wedding party members have been measured and the style of suit confirmed as available for everyone, a 50% deposit on the whole order is required within 7 days. This deposit confirms the order and initiates the suits being brought into the store and held in-store until all alterations are completed and the full balance of the party is paid.
Please note, an order will not be confirmed until stock has been allocated and the deposit has been paid.
