GIFT CARD FAQS

• How much can be added to a Gift Card or E-Voucher?
  A minimum of £5 can be added up to the value of £500 per card or voucher. Should you require more than this, you can do so by adding multiple quantities, or please get in touch with our customer services team.

• Where can Gift Cards be spent?
  In-store gift cards can be spent in any of our 27 stores across the UK. E-vouchers can only be redeemed online at www.slaters.co.uk.

• Can Gift Cards be sent direclty to the recipient?
  Of course, simply input the recipient's email or address on the shipping information, and our team will ensure your message is included.

• Is there an expiry date on Gift Cards?
  All Gift Cards and E-Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

• What can be purchased with a Gift Card?
  Gift Cards and E-vouchers can be spent on any product but cannot be redeemed against a hirewear booking or another E-Voucher or Store Gift Card purchase.

• Can I check my balance?
  To check the balance or to add more value to your gift card, please contact our Customer Service department on 0330 363 6071. The team will be there to answer your call from 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Saturday. You can also email us at [email protected].
