MADE TO ORDER
Slater Made To Order puts the creative and personalised design in the hands of the wearer, allowing you to build a signature suit in a few simple steps. Exclusively in our Glasgow, Manchester and Norwich stores, over the course of a 45-minute appointment in our specially designed Made To Order room, you will have a highly trained member of staff guiding you through every part of the process from fitting to selecting the fabrics and choosing your style.
Newly launched, our Made to Order shirt service offers over 200 fabrics to choose from in sizes 14"-21" collar. With unique design options for collar, cuffs, down to buttons and embroidery, we can create the perfect shirt for any occasion from a wedding to work.
With suit prices start from £499 and shirts from only £135, the options to show off your individual sartorial style and flair are endless.

What is Made To Order?
Made To Order is a service that tailors to the fit and style of the individual to provide a unique garment. Using two pre-designed blocks for suits in-store, we can fit and tailor specifically to the individual. Made To Order suits range from a 34" chest to a 54” chest, with trousers up to 48" waist. From there, the whole suit is customizable with a choice of jacket style, lapel width, waistcoat and trouser style, suit and lining fabrics, buttons, thread, and embroidery.
Made To Order shirt service offers over 200 fabrics to choose from in sizes 14"-21" collar, with unique design options for collar, cuffs, down to buttons and embroidery.
How much does it cost?
Suit prices start from £499 for a 2-piece suit & £599 for a 3-piece suit. Shirt prices start from £149.
Please note, a 50% deposit will be required to place an order on the day of the appointment.
How long does it take?
Your in-store appointment will be 45 minutes to allow time to get measured up and go through all of your style and design choices. Once your order has been placed, your suit and, or shirt will be tailored to perfection and ready for collection in 6 weeks.
When should I collect my garment?
You will receive a call or text informing you that your Made To Order creation is ready for collection. Please book a collection appointment that will last approximately 30mins, and allow you to try on your garment and ensure it's perfect.

Can I cancel or change something about the suit after I leave?
Once your appointment is finished, you are given a 24 hour grace period where any details you want to be changed, can be changed. However, once this period is up, the order will be completed and no changes can be made.
If your order has been completed and you choose to cancel your order, you will lose the 50% deposit that was taken at the time of the appointment.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Of course, we recommend no more than 1-2 guests during your appointment. If you have family or wedding party members looking to get a Made To Order suit also, you should book an appointment for each person to allow enough time for everyone to be measured and go through the design process.
